Spencer had a vision for his pro model, the FUSE, drawing inspiration from the streetwear community and adding a touch of transparency to the boot. RIDE's engineers took that vision a step further, developing it using the most eco-friendly materials possible. Features include a plant-based heel counter and toe piece, sugarcane EVA throughout, and a regrind rubber sole. This boot is one of the most eco-friendly snowboard boots on the market. And the design is outstanding. A truly accomplished pair.

New packaging
Spencer FUSE comes in new packaging. To take this "eco story" a step further, RIDE has developed an innovative packaging method. We were tired of shipping our boots in yet another box, so we created a box that can be shipped directly to you. It's made from FSC® certified cardboard and has passed durability tests. It seals without tape and has the same dimensions as our previous box, so it doesn't waste warehouse space. The box can be reused for shipping other products. No tape required, so no more arguing at the FedEx counter about whether or not to use tape.

The polyurethane synthetic leather used in RIDE boots is blended with a unique resin to improve durability, which is effective in areas that are subject to high wear, such as contact with bindings and collisions with board edges.

Black Gold Liner Mesh:

Bamboo charcoal is blended into the inner layer to reduce odors and moisture, while also improving temperature regulation and breathability.

Flex Slime Tongue™:

The evolved Slime Tongue is designed for the BOA Fit System and features geometrically shaped flex zones for enhanced riding comfort and performance. Durable TPU provides a stable ride over the life of the boot.

Rebound Heel Counter™ 2.0:

The new heel counter is made from two different densities of TPU, which allows you to adjust the boot's flex while maintaining durability.

In2grated Construction:

RIDE's unique boot construction makes it the lightest and most compact boot on the market. By molding the inner liner and outer liner together, we've created a comfortable boot with minimal gaps.

Heat Reflective Foil:

Slip/Grip Liner Closure:

Our proprietary Ride Liner Technology uses unidirectional hooks to secure the liner in place, integrating it with the boot shell.

MICHELIN® HYBRID RUBBER:

Michelin®'s unique outsole uses 30% recycled rubber. By reducing the amount of new rubber used, it is also environmentally friendly. It is used in all Michelin® outsoles.

Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness:

This RIDE -exclusive technology takes the Tongue Tied™ system to the next level. Combining an upper harness with the traditional Tongue Tied™ system improves fit and provides a more secure closure. The lace guide integrated into the tongue provides a perfect seal, eliminating potential pressure points and providing next-level heel hold. Depending on the model, the Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness is combined with traditional laces, Boa® Focus , or Boa® Coiler fit systems.
