■How to purchase

1. Please make your purchase at TACTICS SAPPORO within the next few days after receiving the winning email.
2. When purchasing, we will ask you to show a photo ID and your winning email.
3. When you visit the store, please remember to bring a photo ID and a device such as a smartphone that can check your winning email.
Please bring one of the following forms of identification: 1. Driver's license, 2. Student ID with photo, 3. My Number card, or 4. Passport.
*We do not allow trying on items at the time of purchase.

2. Please make payment within the due date.

■ Lottery application terms and conditions
1. Information cannot be changed after the entry form has been filled out. Please be careful when entering your information.
2. Please note that you will not receive an email confirming your application has been received.
3. Multiple entries, entries for the purpose of purchasing large quantities, or entries made outside the application period will be excluded without prior notice.

7. We will not accept any refunds, returns or size exchanges due to customer convenience after purchase.
8. For initial product defects, we will only provide a refund.
9. If we determine that the activity is fraudulent, we will cancel your order without prior notice.

10. If the purchase deadline has passed, your winnings will be invalid.
