PSYCHOCANDY
Based on the WARPIG design, the PSYCHOCANDY is designed for all-out mountain fun, just like the WARPIG. The tapered Bi-Radial-Sidecut provides excellent edge grip and speed in any condition. Built-in Carbon Slimewalls provide excellent response and stability in turns. Available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate a wider range of riders. We recommend choosing a board that's 3-6cm shorter than your standard board. Whether it's park, pipe, powder, or slush, the PSYCHOCANDY is an all-mountain board perfect for any ride.
Bi-Radial Sidecut:
The Twin Sidecut combines a wide board underfoot with a standard nose and tail width for increased maneuverability, grip through turns, and stability on a flat base.
Carbon Infused Glass Fiberglass:
The glass is stitched at a 90° angle, providing more pop and response without adding stiffness.
Sintered Base:
The "Ferrari" snowboard base is made by heating and compressing small polyethylene particles, creating a porous structure that absorbs wax well, allowing for smooth and fast gliding on snow. The high-end 4000PTEX base material is strong, durable, and provides excellent gliding performance.
Performance Light Core:
A core specially developed for the ladies' line that combines lightweight paulownia wood with strong aspen.
Carbon Slimewalls®:
RIDE's unique sidewalls are a perfect combination of Slimewall and Carbon layers. Twin boards feature a Slimewall insert on both the nose and tail, from the insert to the contact point. Directional boards feature a Slimewall insert only, from the rear foot insert to the tail. The Pop Rod is moved to the edge, increasing stability and providing direct edge response.
Roll-In Construction:
ROLL-IN CONSTRUCTION: A unique construction incorporating 3D fiberglass into the Slimwall sidewall. This RIDE proprietary wall technology increases the overall strength of the board, prevents topsheet chipping, and helps reduce the board's weight.
Carbon Array Laminates:
Power distribution technology designed to enhance response. Directs energy input from the rider to the contact points. Supports power transfer in any stance. Available in two carbon wire levels: 3 and 5.
Impact Plates Laminates:
Fiberglass plates located in the left and right binding areas provide added strength and prevent breakage in the most likely areas. Two types of plates are available: simple and double.
